I haven't used the drum unit yet but as it is a genuine part don't expect any issues. I am however confident that Printzone will support me if there are any issues. They were prompt and professional in service and delivery so I wouldn't expect after sales service to be any the less.

I am always reluctant to buy toners online as past experience has not always been great especially with non genuine units. Printzone certainly have given me a new confidence and the unit works perfectly and the despatch on order was very prompt. Highly recommend
