Having had a ridiculous amount of problems trying to source cartridges for a relatively new model printer purchased recently here in Darwin, my daughter in Brisbane called your company and was delighted with the friendly and efficient service she received, and the quick delivery to me by mail the following week, It seemed crazy that my new HP Office Jet 8010 printer/scanner could not have an easy supply of cartridges but the local suppliers kept blaming China’s non delivery policy, so I called my daughter for assistance.
