I've only had this printer for a short time but so far I'm really impressed. I did have to read the manual in order to connect to my hidden wireless network as the setup wizard doesn't allow the entry of hidden SSIDs. No big deal though. The printer drivers also default to print in colour, which I changed after accidentally printing a 90 document I only wanted in greyscale. Otherwise, I'm really happy with the printer and service I got from Printzone.

Great service with the right advice for our business needs.

Overall a great MFC printer for home, but not for high printing user. Done 700prints since new, mainly black & white printing and Black toner all used up, not 1200 as stated. Printzone delivered quickly to my home.
