The HP Scitex LX800 Printer is the largest printer in the HP Latex Printing Technology portfolio to date and is designed to meet the needs of the industrial large-format industry. The 126-inch printer features roll-to-free fall, roll-to-collector and dual-roll (up to two 60-inch rolls) capabilities, which are ideal for wide or super-wide applications such as event banners and outdoor signage.
This highly versatile machine offers users the ability to print on a wide range of outdoor and indoor substrates, including low-cost, uncoated media as well as banner, self-adhesive, fabric, paper, mesh and specialty options. Featuring an ink collector kit, the HP Scitex LX800 Printer can also print directly on unlined flags.
The six-colour printing system produces a wide colour gamut as well as durability and display permanence comparable to low-solvent ink technology, with laminated prints lasting up to five years outdoors, and up to 10 years indoors. The HP Scitex LX800 Printer also delivers high quality without sacrificing productivity, with 1,200 dpi resolution and production speeds up to 1,905 ft²/hr. HP Wide Scan Printing Technology delivers high productivity and image quality using proprietary HP Wide Scan Printheads and the HP Optical Media Advance Sensor.
