Some info about the Canon imagePROGRAF TM-615...
The Canon imagePROGRAF TM-615 is a 36-inch A0 large format printer developed for professional CAD, GIS, architectural, engineering and poster-printing environments. It combines fast technical document production with five-colour pigment printing, producing an A1 CAD drawing in approximately 17 seconds in Fast mode on plain paper. Automatic media type and roll-length detection helps make loading and managing large format media straightforward.
Where the TM-615 differs from the TM-610 is its 256GB internal storage. This allows print jobs to be stored within the printer for later retrieval and reprinting, with personal mailboxes available for users or different workflows. Direct printing from USB is also supported, making the TM-615 particularly useful in shared offices and production environments where large files may need to be retained and printed repeatedly.
Canon's five-colour pigment ink system, including its improved matte black ink, provides the fine line clarity and dense blacks required for technical drawings while retaining the colour capability needed for posters and graphics. Borderless printing and the hot-swap sub-ink tank system further improve productivity by reducing manual finishing and allowing ink replacement without stopping an active print.
