The Canon imagePROGRAF TM-510M combines a 24-inch large format printer with an integrated large format scanner, providing print, scan and copy functions in a compact system. It is designed for organisations that regularly work with A1 plans, CAD drawings, maps and other oversized documents and need the ability to both produce new prints and digitise existing paper originals. Canon introduced the TM-510M as one of the first imagePROGRAF TM models with a built-in large format scanner.
The TM-510M produces A1 CAD prints in approximately 20 seconds in Fast mode on plain paper and uses Canon's five-colour pigment ink system for clear technical lines, text and colour graphics. The integrated scanner allows large drawings and plans to be copied or converted into digital files without requiring a separate standalone large format scanner. Canon has designed the scanning system to reduce the visibility of fold lines when scanning folded technical documents.
A 5-inch touchscreen provides access to print, copy and scan functions, while automatic media type and roll-length detection helps simplify paper handling. With wired LAN, Wi-Fi, USB and mobile connectivity, the TM-510M provides a practical all-in-one wide format solution for architecture, engineering, construction, education and other workplaces handling large documents.
