It uses a 5-colour pigment ink system (LUCIA TD) and achieves a maximum print resolution of 2400 × 1200 dpi. With a precision printhead (PF-06) delivering up to 15,360 nozzles and droplet sizes as small as 5 picolitres, it ensures crisp lines (minimum line weight around 0.02 mm) and fine detail—ideal for architectural drawings as well as graphic-rich posters. In terms of throughput, it can print around 3.3 D-size (A1) sheets per minute in fast mode, boosting efficiency for high-volume workflows. The TX-3200 also incorporates advanced media handling features such as auto roll-loading, dual-roll support (optional), hot-swap ink tanks (allowing ink replacement during printing), and full connectivity including Gigabit Ethernet, USB and optional WiFi. Overall, the TX-3200 is well suited to firms that require both high-precision technical output (for CAD or GIS) and vibrant colour work (posters/signage), offering a multiplicity of capabilities in a production-oriented wide-format printer.
